Job Title: Technical Program Manager (Contract)

Location: Sangamwadi, Pune, 411001

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple technical projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
• Implement Agile methodologies and best practices across project teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Drive release management processes, including CI/CD pipelines and configuration management.
• Utilize ITSM tools and ITIL practices to streamline service delivery and support operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data modeling requirements and incorporate AI concepts into project strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role, with 4 to 8 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of Agile concepts and processes, with experience leading Agile teams.
• Proficiency in release management, CI/CD pipelines, and configuration management tools.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools and ITIL practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results.
• Understanding of data modeling concepts and AI technologies is a plus.
• Certification in Agile, Scrum, or related field is preferred.
