Coordinate CIC Professional Services projects to successful completion from initiation
through delivery to closure. In this customer-facing role, you will coordinate with
cross-functional teams to complete projects both on time and within budget for your portfolio
of projects.

 

 

Responsibilities:
● Develop and manage schedules to deliver technical consulting services to CIC customers based on CIC Services Package scope
● Ensure internal documentation and data are captured correctly in internal systems
● Coordinate meetings between customers and internal resources to progress the PS implementation
● Support the Customer Success team in weekly reporting of KPIs, resource utilization, and project status
● Facilitate the discovery process, estimate work efforts, define milestones and manage resources.
● Manage high-paced projects through collaboration with cross-functional teams
● Track progress, resolve dependencies, evaluate risks and communicate status to the leadership team and project stakeholders.
● Drive escalations for customers
● Be responsible for hitting utilization targets set for the role
Requirements:
● 3-5 years of experience as a customer-facing coordinator with project management experience preferred
● Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities
● Excellent written and verbal communications skills in customer-facing and internal engagements

Experience in coordinating the Java projects.
● Experience in Confluence and Salesforce not required but preferable
● Experience developing solutions to problems/challenges
● A desire to develop and grow a career in Program Management
● Comfortable with ambiguous situations and experience driving outcome
