Technical Project Lead III Infrastructure

  • Technical Knowledge: Understand the technical aspects of IT Infrastructure projects, including cybersecurity principles, IT infrastructure, and emerging technologies. This knowledge helps in effectively communicating with technical teams and understanding the project’s technical requirements.
  • Risk Management: Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with Infrastructure. This includes understanding potential security threats, vulnerabilities, and the impact they may have on the project and organization.

Must have 

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for liaising between technical teams, stakeholders, and clients. Clear communication ensures that security requirements are understood and met across all levels of the project.

Must have 

  • Project Management Fundamentals: Proficiency in project management methodologies (like Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall) and tools is essential for planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects efficiently.
  • Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: The ability to analyze problems, think critically, and devise effective solutions is vital, especially when dealing with complex security challenges and rapidly evolving threats.
  • Stakeholder Management: Effectively managing stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and external vendors, ensuring their needs are met while also aligning them with the project’s objectives and constraints.

Must have 

  • Attention to Detail: Security projects often involve complex systems and sensitive data. A keen attention to detail is necessary to ensure no aspect of the project’s security measures is overlooked.
