Technical Project Manager 3

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:Project Management:• Manage all aspects of assigned projects including scope of management, timelines, and budget.• Manage issues, risks, and/or project scope change management processes, and run reports.• Identify and analyze trends, recommend solutions.• Update project plans for IS projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, and schedules.• Monitor and track project milestones and deliverables.• Communicate with project team members to identify and resolve problems.• Accountable for measuring and monitoring project resource capacity.• Escalate project to project manager or sponsor.Leadership:• Identify required resources across services lines as well as regional affiliates.• May negotiate resource assignment and schedule overall timeline and key deliverables.• Communicate and disseminate information related to timelines and deliverables to other team members.
EDUCATION:Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.Bachelor's: Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent education/experience

TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:5 years of recent experience.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:Knowledge of general Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK), project management methodologies and/or Sutter Health’s project methodology and project management methodology.
