Technical Project Manager

We're Hiring! Technical Project Manager - Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid) - W2 Only

Key Responsibilities:
- Gain knowledge about Platforms and Product offerings
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
- Support Program teams in issue resolution and risk mitigation
- Produce program roadmaps and documentation
- Mentor team members on best practices
- Prepare and present Executive level communications
- Perform analysis and communicate results to stakeholders
- Represent Workforce Solutions Initiatives in broader program management discussions

Skills/Qualifications:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Focus on business growth metrics and customer value
- Ability to perform qualitative and quantitative analysis
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Lean strategic thinker with a mindset of continuous improvement
- Openness to learning and adapting daily

Experience and Education:
- 5+ years of hashtag#program and hashtag#project management experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, or Engineering
- Experience in hashtag#Agile environments
- Engaged directly with Senior Leadership
- Experience in high-volume production environments
- Customer-facing project management and team leadership
- Experience with hashtag#SQL, hashtag#Splunk, or comparable technologies
- hashtag#Programming experience is a plus
