Job Description...

Strong technical project management for automotive platform development projects (preferably in microcontroller OR AUTOSAR)

 

  • Manage platform development scope (BSW, MCAL, OS) : planàmonitoràcontrol
  • For multiple OEM programs running in parallel to balance the priorities and schedule
  • With a small development team shared across programs
  • Must understand embedded development work including microcontrollers, AUTOSAR to complement and challenge the teams to ensure delivery completeness
  • Must accurately know the status and details of issues
  • To report to senior management
  • To drive the team for resolution
  • Soft skills
  • High speed, correctness and completeness in execution
  • ready to perform any task to ensure team is moving fast paced
  • Keep the team motivated in spite of constant pressure
  • Collaborate, cooperate, negotiate, push back non platform teams
  • Experience: 10-15 years
