Mandatory: Candidates must meet all the requirements below to be considered for the Senior Project
Manager position.
• The Senior Project Manager candidate must have attained PMI Project Management Certification
(PMP). • The Senior Project Manager candidate must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in project
management, coordination and administration of complex, large scale projects comprised of sub
projects and/or multiple works streams. The candidate will need to communicate clearly their actual
large scale projects experiences. • The candidate will be required to have experience working within a
Project Management Office (PMO) function or unit, with a good understanding of PMO practices and
policies, including Project Governance and Resource Management. The candidate will be required to
communicate their actual PMO practice experiences. • The candidate will be required to have
experience working with System Integration vendors in managing, coordinating and delegating project
assignments with project stakeholders including employee and consultant project staff numbering a
minimum of 10 personnel. The candidate will be required to communicate their experiences and
working relationships with external vendors. • The Senior Project Manager candidate must have strong
Stakeholder and Communications Management experience and skills. The candidate will need to display
their communication skills and present their Stakeholder Management skills and methods. • The Senior
Project Manager candidate must have strong Project Governance, Monitoring and Controlling
experience and skills. The candidate will need to convey and discuss in detail their personal approach
and methods to large scale Project Governance, Monitoring and Control. • The candidate must have
excellent interpersonal skills including team leadership and management, communication,
collaboration, negotiation, problem resolution and customer service. The candidate will be required to
present their strategies, methods and techniques in leading large projects and teams.
Preferred Experience:
• The candidate will have experience and be able to demonstrate their knowledge and competency in
Public Pension business operations, systems and enabling technology. • The candidate will have
experience and be able to demonstrate their knowledge and competency in a variety of project delivery
methodologies including: Agile, COTS, Iterative, Waterfall. • The candidate will have experience and be
able to demonstrate their knowledge and competency in large scale legacy systems replacement
projects including data conversions.
Technical Ability (50% of Technical Score)
Mandatory: • Must be experienced and able to demonstrate strong skills in the Microsoft software
toolset, specifically MS-Project, Excel, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint to support the Project Manager job
duties. • Must be experienced and able to demonstrate strong skills working with the JIRA and
Confluence software products to support the Project Manager Job duties. Preferred: • The candidate
will have experience and able to demonstrate working knowledge of CRM systems including Salesforce,
MS Dynamics. • The candidate will have experience and able to demonstrate working knowledge of
Any Graduate
