Technical Project manager

 

Job Description:

 

  • 12-15 years of experience in software development, Project/Program Management experience, and hands-on experience in development in MS-Power Automate Platform.
  •     Hands-on experience in WEB API integrations (REST, SOAP) in MSPA.
  •     Determine the UI/UX requirements to develop high-performance MSPA applications.
  •     Extensive knowledge in project architecture, architecture dashboards, and discovery tools.
  •    Solid understanding of MSPA best practices and security features.
  •    Good troubleshooting skills, and the capability to derive solutions for issues or problems.
  •    Good knowledge of databases, SQL queries, CSS, and Javascript.
  •    Worked on or has developed reusable components in MSPA.
  •    Has worked in Agile-based Software Development Environment.
  •    Work with business and technology teams to understand business processes, assess automation feasibility, develop solutions, and monitor the rollout of these solutions including RPA proof of concepts
  •    Should work with business and support UAT and production deployment
  •    Creating and maintaining solution documentation (SDD) with detailed TO-BE process flows, release documents, and user training manuals.
  •     Bot development, code review, deploying the bot to production and expertise in the integration of systems (ML, OCR & NLP)
  •     Power Automation, Identifying and communicating the technical infrastructure requirements to deploy automation solutions
  •     Excellent knowledge of Dynamics 365 and Power Automate Desktop Platform.
  •     Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform SDK and tools – Automate Desktop Attended and Unattended.
  •     A strong background in Microsoft technology; experience in building scalable, resilient, and secured applications using Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Microsoft Azure.
  •     Experience in working with structured architecture approaches
  •     Experience with Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD), ideally using Azure DevOps.
  •    A passion for technology and a drive to build enterprise systems.
  •    A self-motivated, desire to continually learn and improve.
  •    Able to lead the team, estimate tasks and distribute the tasks amongst the team.
  •    Should be able to manage day-to-day Delivery, status tracking, and reporting
  •    Identify risks and issues, and mitigate them with preventive and corrective action plans
  •    Operational activities – Timesheets tracking, Forecasting, Budgeting, Invoicing,
  •    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
