Responsibilities
Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of technical projects focused on HR Tech, recruitment, or application tracking systems, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, designers, and stakeholders, to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables specific to HR Tech, recruitment, or application tracking systems.
Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies tailored to the unique needs of HR Tech, recruitment, or application tracking projects.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues specific to HR Tech, recruitment, or application tracking systems, and proactively implement mitigation plans to ensure project success.
Coordinate and facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and external vendors, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates on HR Tech, recruitment, or application tracking projects and addressing any concerns or questions.
Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure efficient resource utilization within the context of HR Tech, recruitment, or application tracking systems.
Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices specific to HR Tech, recruitment, or application tracking domains, continuously improving processes and workflows.

Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Tech Lead, Development Lead, or Tech Manager, with a focus on HR Tech, recruitment, or application tracking systems.
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex technical projects in the HR Tech, recruitment, or application tracking domains.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques specific to HR Tech, recruitment, or application tracking systems.
Expertise in API integration and experience working with various APIs in the context of HR Tech, recruitment, or application tracking projects.
Proficiency in PHP Laravel and Angular development, with hands-on experience in building scalable and robust applications.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in the context of HR Tech, recruitment, or application tracking projects.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in the HR Tech, recruitment, or application tracking space.
Experience in managing Agile projects and familiarity with Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) within the HR Tech, recruitment, or application tracking domains.
PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
