Technical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and lead technical project teams
Develop project plans and timelines
Manage project budgets and resources
Ensure adherence to project milestones and deadlines
Identify and mitigate project risks
Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders
Facilitate collaboration between technical and non-technical teams
Implement and enforce project management best practices
Track and report project progress and key performance indicators
Ensure the successful delivery of PHP development projects
Implement and enforce IT governance and compliance
Lead Agile and Scrum methodologies within project teams
Resolve project-related issues and conflicts
Provide technical expertise and guidance as needed
Support the continuous improvement of project management processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, specifically in PHP development
In-depth technical knowledge of PHP, including frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Understanding of IT governance, compliance, and security standards
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Experience with project management tools and software
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
