Technical Project Manager

When you are working with us, you will be:

• Able to Lead the planning and implementation of project.
• Facilitating the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.
• Defining the project tasks and resource requirements.
• Developing the full-scale project plans.
• Assembling and coordinating with the project staff.
• Managing project budget and project resource allocation.
• Planning and scheduling project timelines.
• Tracking the project deliverables using an appropriate tool.
• Presenting the reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.
• Implementing and managing project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
• Projecting the evaluations and assessment of results.
• Responsible for planning, execution and overall delivery of one or more projects.
• Managing and provides the directions and support to the project team and ensures successful
development and enhancement of products.
• Communicating with all related parties and ensuring smooth development process to
maintain the planned roll-out schedule and quality.

You can get in, if you can prove that you:
• Have a bachelor’s or master’s Degree.
• Have 5 years’ experience in Project Management
• Have an experience in leading complex, cross-functional teams.
• Have an experience in Scrum Master role or in a similar capacity in an Agile environment.
• Have an experience in managing projects using Atlassian tools like Jira, Jira Agile, Bamboo,
Confluence, etc.
• Are able to communicate effectively to different levels of the organizational stakeholders.
• Are able to Identify and assess problems and work with the team solve them with a sense of
urgency.
• Have a Strong organizational skills and ability to analyze various inputs to help prioritize
work.
• Are able to work with multiple Scrum teams and juggle multiple tasks effectively and
efficiently.
• Can effectively communicate findings and recommendations
