Title: Technical Project Manager

Client: Walmart/Apex

Location: San Jose, CA – open to remote

MUST HAVES:

-          Buzzwords:  ITIL, CMDB, ServiceNow, Analysis, Excel, VLookUp, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis

-          Domain/Environment Size:  Would like to see domain knowledge in Retail, but if they are quick learner that isn’t required.  Manager was with Deloitte before joining Walmart as an example.  Enterprise environment experience is a requirement because this is going to require a lot of coordination across a BIG company. 

-          Certifications:  ITIL certification would stand out on a resume.  ITIL Basics/Fundamental is fine.  PMP is preferred as well.

-          Education:  Bachelors Degree preferred

-          Years of Experience:  5 Years+ wearing the Project Manager hat at minimum.  Any prior experience with Asset Management or CMDB earlier in their career would really stand out. 

-          Tactical Aspects of this Job:  ServiceNow experience with CMDB or Asset Management is highly preferred.  Wants good Data Analysis skills in Excel and be able to do Pivot Tables, Macros, VLookups.  Currently using JIRA, Confluence and SharePoint for the project tracking. 

-          Must be skilled in Excel – V LookUps, Pivot Tables

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience as a project manager

Nice to have:

CSM or PMP certification
