Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a technical team, ensuring efficient project delivery and maintaining a high level of performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering professional development.
  • Ensure project timelines and deliverables are met, managing resources and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiently handle technical documentation and reporting, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and trends, integrating them into the development process.
  • Actively participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide solutions.
  • Comfortably work in UK Shifts to facilitate communication and coordination with international clients.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Computer Science is mandatory.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in a technical role.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM and ERP systems, such as Salesforce, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Proficiency in cloud technologies, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Proven project management skills, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in a range of technologies and tools
  • Individual Contributions will be given preference. 
  • Previous experience in team leadership and project management.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Technical documentation expertise is mandatory
