•     Effectively plan, manage and deliver technology projects with agreed upon scope, timeline and budget.
• ·        Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure solutions meet timeline and business goals.
• ·        Determine resource needs, assigning individual tasks and responsibilities to project team, and developing schedule to ensure timely completion of project.
• ·        Assemble resources and key decision makers from across the organization to deliver defined scope of work and support through go-live.
• ·        Utilize project management tools, methods and best practices to assemble project plans that align with expectations of stakeholders and meet business needs.
