Technical Recruiter

 Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Recruiter. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, technical recruiting, and general recruiting. The role will involve communication with candidates, conducting interviews, sourcing candidates, and managing the recruitment process. This role is based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications

Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Hiring, and Technical Recruiting skills
Experience in IT recruiting a must 
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Experience in technology recruitment for system integrators in fast pace environment a must.
Should have worked on niche skills hiring for SAP, Infra, Oracle, Cloud requirements a must.
Should be quick sourcer & use various sourcing techniques apart from portals for relevant profiles.
Bachelor's degree in Computer/ IT or related field
