Required Skills:

  • Should have excellent communication skills
  • Should be well experienced in hiring Cyber Security/IT Infrastructure sales positions
  • Design and update job descriptions. 
  • Source potential candidates from various online channels. 
  • Craft recruiting emails to attract and application forms. 
  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms. 
  • Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person). 
  • Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.
  • Following up on the interview process status.
  • Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
  • Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests.
  • Advertise job opening on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
  • Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  • Completing timely reports on employment activity.

 

Expectations:

  • MBA degree in Human Resource Management or a relevant field.
  • Prior experience as an HR Recruiter.
  • Experience with resume databases, ATS and referral programs.
  • Sound knowledge of full cycle recruiting.
  • Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional time-management and organizational skills.
