Experience Technical Recruiter with an (Aerospace & Defense) background for an opening in Indore, Madhya Pradesh India (100% Onsite no remote)

Qualifications :

Must have experience in US Staffing recruiting and working with Direct Clients on W2 roles (MSP/VMS knowledge (No RPO/C2C/Implementation background).

Experience in Aerospace and Defense Manufacturing Recruiting. experience supporting search for cleared DOD candidates, directly supporting sourcing efforts utilizing a range of sourcing methods and approaches.

Experience working on aerospace engineering and manufacturing positions such as Mechanics, Inspectors, Composite Technicians, Material Coordinators, Structural Analysis Engineers, Structural & Payload Design Engineer, Material Review Board Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Manufacturing Planner, Propulsion Engineer, Supply chain and Procurement etc.

-Working Experience with ATS Tools such as(Linkedin,Monster etc)

-Good communication Skills.

-Experience with Excel

-good to have experience in domain such as VLSI/Aerospace/Semiconductor.
