Utilize the company database, internet resources, networking and other recruiting resources to establish a pool of highly skilled technical candidates.
Serve as a primary point of contact throughout the recruiting life cycle, from sourcing to post-placement follow up.
Identify and engage candidates by utilizing creative and innovative sourcing methods.
Implement learned recruiting skills to screen and interview potential candidates.
Focus relentlessly on providing a superior experience for both candidates and clients throughout the interview and hiring process.
Attend networking events in order to engage potential talent, sharpen recruiting acumen, and promote our standard of industry-wide service and excellence.
Proactively contribute input and feedback in order to drive success and refine best practices.
Regularly engage with peers to foster a cooperative and competitive workplace.
Requirements
Disposition to sales, or a keen interest in understanding the sales and recruiting process
Background in staffing and/or sales preferred
Proven problem-solving capabilities and negotiating skills
Strategic think with an ability to analyze and resolve problems quickly
Strong written and verbal skills
Experience with Bullhorn or a comparable applicant tracking system
Experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel
