Job Requirements
0-2 years of experience in recruiting
Proficient with MS Office Suite
Understanding of the full life cycle of recruitment
Excellent communication skills
Comfortable to work in EST time zone (India Night Shift)


Responsibilities
Execute candidate sourcing and maintain requisitions in various job boards.
Screen and interview candidates to assess fit with corporate culture and required skills.
Work closely with account managers/sales team to understand what an ideal candidate entails.
Develop a strategy for candidate sourcing and pipeline and identify key talent in niche areas as determined by market needs and business strategies.
Own the full cycle onboarding process: pre-employment, training assignment, first-day setup, and ordering equipment.
Draft and share weekly requisition reports with the management team.
