Manage the IT staffing and requisition fulfillment process. Develop, draft and implement strategies for short term and long-term recruitment for the IT technical positions. Capture specifications for the client. Carry out screening and selection process. Interact with clients for drafting and executing service contracts and agreements. Associate’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Human Resources (Any) along with 2 years of experience in job offered or related occupation is required. Work location: Edison, NJ
