Job Description

Release lifecycle management in an Agile framework
Deployment planning and coordination for application components/microservices
Effective communication of release-related tasks and requirements to various stakeholders
Risk identification, management, and mitigation to ensure timely and high-quality releases
Issue uncovering and progress tracking with a focus on process improvement
Budget and requirement-aligned release planning
Conducting release readiness reviews and milestone reviews
Implementation and deployment planning according to release schedules
Providing continual status updates on release activities
Collaboration with cross-functional teams and IT departments
Leading deployment activities with clear documentation and mitigation plans
Collaboration with development teams for automation tool support
Hosting meetings to discuss release schedules and address roadblocks
Support for technical teams during issue resolution and change management
Maintenance of information and data related to build, test, and release activities
Improving methodologies for change management and software delivery
Expertise in development, testing, system architecture, or software configuration
Proficiency with specific tools such as Microsoft ADO, Jira, Power BI, and Salesforce
Understanding of application/microservice design and interfaces
Engagement with stakeholders, architects, and project planning activities
Communication skills for executive, business, and technical stakeholders
Guidance provision for successful deployments and releases
Advancing Release Management practice with industry best practices
Driving release management process and tool transformation towards independent component deployments.
