Technical SDM

Must-Have

Strong understanding of SDLC and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
Proficiency with delivery management tools (e.g Jira, Confluence)
Solid technical background (preferably Java, Springboot) with hands-on experience in software development
Excellent leadership, communication, and inter-personal skills
Ability to manage multiple project deliveries and work well under pressure

Good-to-Have

In depth knowledge of Agile and Lean methodologies
Experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master

Oversee the end-to-end delivery of technology projects, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements

Work with team and develop delivery plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies

Act as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their requirements and expectations are met.
