Job Description:

• Lead the team by setting example yourself of excellent coding and documentation.

• Collaborate with R&D and provide technical insights.

• Document code, APIs, and system architecture.

• Plan, prioritize, and manage project tasks and resources effectively to ensure on-time delivery.

• Stay updated with the trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them to projects as appropriate.

• Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to standards, and documentation.

• Be responsible for testing the application to ensure that it is bug-free and meets all requirements.

• Address technical challenges, troubleshoot issues and find innovative solutions to complex problems.

Education and Experience with:

• Hands-on development of portals for B2B applications.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience).

• Proven experience 5+ Years in development using Django & Python.

• Front-End languages, pref. React or Angular

• Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.

• Exceptional English communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.

• Experience in database design

• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
