Position Expectations/Role Responsibilities/What You’ll Do

Reporting into Manager - Talent Sourcing, as an individual contributor, you would be responsible for:-

Work closely with recruiters to gain a deep understanding of requirements for open roles, the function and how it fits into the organization

Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute research

Driving hiring for niche functions including product, technology to support fast-paced business growth

Find high-quality passive candidates through the use of Boolean, LinkedIn, and alternative search techniques

Develop a strong understanding of the client tech stack and a familiarity with the needs of all Customer Engineering team

Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine tuning standard processes for recruiting that fits within client mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer

Qualifications/Requirements/We’re looking for someone with:

2+ years of experience working with and building sourcing strategies with Recruiters and hiring managers with an in-house recruiting team

LinkedIn Recruiter is a must

Computer Science or a related bachelor’s degree is good to have

Someone with a strong understanding of technology/Professional services and sourcing would be an ideal fit.

Experience with social-media hiring (Linkedin, Twitter, FB etc.) and other sourcing channels Github, Stackoverflow/Seekout

Skills

Strong IT sourcing

Attend intake meetings

Strong in Technical Jargon

Strong understanding of IT/Technical terminology

IT education background will be preferred

Strong understanding of Docker/CI-CD/Devops from Recruiters point of view

Strong in Boolean/Client search string

Hiring will be for US and Australia (hired software engg (Mid-Sr) will be working remotely /virtually)

Sourcer will be hiring Software Engg/program managers/IT-PM/solution architects/consulting engg , Linux/Devops/Java developers/
