In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Serve as technical support resource for all client locations (In Illinois)
- Responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and support of all endpoints, software, and hardware for these locations.
- The ability to work in our FreshWorks ticketing system.
- The ability to assess and troubleshoot computer hardware issues, printer issues, and other technical issues.
- Create technical documentation for new and reoccurring issues.
- Ability to track and update tickets through the ticketing system.
- Improving upon the IT processes and procedures that are currently in place.
- Strong experience with Windows 10/11 operating systems.
- Ability to assist with or oversee technical projects as needed.
- Some travel may be required.
Qualifications
- The ability to configure and manage MFP printers and desktop printers.
- The ability to troubleshoot computer hardware issues.
- The ability to image and manage Windows 10/11 and MacBook endpoints.
- The ability to install, update, and manage business applications.
- The ability to manage users and groups in Azure\O365.
- Technical documentation for common issues and processes.
- The ability to troubleshoot issues with mobile phones and VOIP telephones.
- Must be able to comprehend, communicate, and escalate technical issues
- Support tablet devices in the plant and warehouse areas.
- Experience with Microsoft Remote Desktop Services is a plus
