Requirements:
Proven experience as an IT Support Level or similar role π¨βπ»π©βπ»
Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems π₯οΈπ
Familiarity with network protocols and technologies π
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills π§
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities π£οΈ
Ability to work independently and as part of a team π€π₯
