Document all technical issues and resolutions 📝
Perform routine maintenance on IT systems and networks 🔧

Requirements:
Proven experience as an IT Support Level or similar role 👨💻👩💻
Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems 🖥️🍏
Familiarity with network protocols and technologies 🌐
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills 🧠
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities 🗣️
Ability to work independently and as part of a team 🤝👥
