Description

Responsibilities:

Provide Hardware, Software and Network support, diagnose, troubleshoot and resolves issues. 
Work well with diverse geographical teams/users. 
Own issues through resolution, escalate when necessary. 
Keep leadership informed of issues and status, maintain record logs. 
Manage back-office tasks (network monitoring, anti-virus, deployment, servers, updates, patches etc.)

Education and Background:

A bachelor’s degree in computer science or closely related degree is required. 
Additional certification in industry-specific networks or operating systems may be required. 
A strong customer service background and a positive outlook on problem-solving.

Skills:

Proven LabWare expertise in both Citrix and standalone environments. 
Experience in work with regulated applications (FDA 21 CFR part 11) 
Flexible working hours to be able to work with US, Europe and Asia teams.
