Technical Support Engineer

Job Description:

• Responsible for Monitoring, reporting, and controlling server and application usage
• Ability to make changes to the environment such as modifying configuration files Server environment
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and execute on assigned deliverables
• Ability to prioritize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously
• Respond to and resolve tickets on technical issues related to application/project
• Problem-solving and analytical skills

Requirement:

• 3 to 4 years of managing application and database
• Any Graduate candidate
• Experience in Linux and application Administration
• Good knowledge of data structures, operating systems and algorithms
• Good knowledge of API calls and experience working with databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
• Strong Database skills in any one of the following – MySQL/MSSQL (Query, Functions, Stored Procedures)
