Description

DUTIES AND TASKS:

1. Implement new desktop applications and assist with migration of existing applications.

2. Maintain, repair, and deploy IT hardware as per currently supported standards.

3. Provide Level 1 LAN/WAN and supplemental Level 1 Communication Technology support to include data jack troubleshooting, network switch troubleshooting, hardware replacement, DHCP/DNS administration, and Level 1 protocol analysis

4. Update problem management system, as well as project and change request system, and communicate progress to customers.


 


 

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE. SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSA's):

2 years experience in supporting various end users with hardware and software including procedural problems

Experience with Microsoft Operating Systems in a LAN/WAN environment

Reimaging experience
