Understand the training needs of the organization and devise the strategy.
Present Training Need Assessment every quarter and catalyse the learning objective of all KANINIans.
Liaise with Delivery and leadership team to determine training needs and render technical training sessions.
Design module outline and facilitate/render effective technical training programs.
Measure effectiveness of training programs based on the performance of the project and other relevant techniques.
Facilitate seminars, technical workshops, hackathons.
Develop course material such as module summaries, videos etc.
Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement for better talent enablement.
Groom technical mentors and create succession. Ensure the project resources requirements are fulfilled internally by effective training strategy.
You Bring In
Proven experience Corporate Technical Trainer devising the training strategy Develop training plan and drive / Facilitate the Training, motivate the team for continuous Learning.
Strong Technical Expertise across Web/Mobile Application Development in .NET, Java, Cloud Engineering and Data Analytics
Experience in driving the transformation initiatives and Organization Change Management
Identify innovative initiatives to Transform the Talent to a strong Solution Provider and thought leader.
Experience in various coaching/training methodologies
Proficient in MS Office and e-learning platforms
Establish strong Governance to assess the training effectiveness which results in strong Delivery enablement.
Good experience in Project Delivery, Customer communication and stakeholder management
Strong Communication and Presentation skills to influence the teams for upskilling and cross-skilling
Your Qualification Is
B.E/B.Tech/M.C.A/MSc (preferably in Computer Science/IT)
