Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Communication, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to simplify complex technical information.
  • Proficiency in using documentation tools such as Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, MadCap Flare, or similar.
  • Experience working with version control systems (e.g., Git) and content management systems (e.g., Confluence) is preferred.
