Job Description:
Required Skills:
•        2-year college degree or equivalent of relevant experience.
•        Excellent communication skills; have excellent professional oral and written skills.
•        Ability to build solid business relationships in an emerging environment.

Desired Skills:
•        Exposure to ServiceNow ticketing system a plus. 
•        Two years technical documentation writing experience.
•        Demonstrated experience using graphics, pictures, charts and other visual means to convey important information to desired audience.
