Technical Writer

• Managing the internal (CRFC) Charter Request for Change Process Structure and Organize CHALK/Confluence for the EoN Team.
• Working closely with engineers on document integrity.
• Organizing Document Peer Review with Architecture and various engineering groups.
• Set a recurring cadence with peer tech writers to ensure consistency within NTG Identify and manage Confluence workflow.

Required Skills : REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: -Ability to write user-friendly, engaging copy about highly technical subjects. - Ability to understand and accurately translate technical information for a general audience. - Software development knowledge, understanding of cellular technologies (especially 5G), and the anatomy of a mobile device (chipsets role, mobile operating system role, applications level roles are all beneficial experience). - Knowledge of web-based APIs. - Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail. - Experience developing UML sequence and activity diagrams. - Experience organizing large legacy document sets for multiple teams to ease access and create an intuitive navigation structure. - Fluency with common office software, Lucid Charts and PlantUML are a plus. - Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Willingness to take on new challenges and build on current skills. - Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills. - Ability to multi-task and be a self-starter. - Ability to check all technical material for consistency and accuracy. - Exceptional attention to detail skills. - Organized self-starter and leader that is fearless at reaching across multiple teams to develop solutions. - Comfortable setting up and facilitating meetings with multiple engineering team members, architecture and leadership to gather requirements. - General high-level understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle including Agile processes, merging and branching, development, manual vs. automated testing and continuous integration and releases.
