Description

Mandatory Skills-:
• Creation of and updating of process maps, standard operating procedures and supporting documentation such as process documentation/workflows, reports, checklists,  forms, knowledge articles and self-service guides
• Editing and standardizing format, order, clarity, conciseness, style and terminology to controlled documents provided by others to meet department standards and industry best practices
• Coordinating, tracking, reviewing and ensuring timely completion of high quality controlled documents (i.e. process flows, procedures, reports, forms, specifications, protocols, etc.)
• Work closely with the product owners to ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with industry best practices
• Maintaining a periodic review process and following up with document owners to review their procedures, ensuring relevance and accuracy of process and initiating changes as required
• Ability to synthesize and communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as a strong understanding of both technical and layperson writing styles
• Interact with disparate groups to gather and analyze user requirements while collaborating with all levels of employees on a daily basis.
• Proactively audit the system to improve efficiency and end-user ease of use.
• Experience using content management systems to organize and manage documentation. They should also be able to use graphics and multimedia tools to enhance the presentation of technical information
• Ability to pursue goals and objectives efficiently and effectively, understanding priorities and managing their own activities in line with department goal
