Senior Tech Writer

• As an experienced technical writer, you will join the Office of the CTO team to help document strategic technology strategies for Client Technology Services. As the ideal candidate you will have proven success in a highly technical field, such as software development, computer science, or engineering.
• You will work with Chief Architects, Principal Architects, Distinguished Engineers, Product Managers, Project Managers, Systems Analysts and Engineers to create and edit technology strategies, technology handbooks, solution architectures, architecture patterns, and application and systems documentation.

What you will do

• Develop comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards.
• Gain deep understanding of products and services, and translate complex information into simple, polished, engaging content.
• Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of target audience, turning insights into language for user success.
• Evaluate current content and develop innovative methods for improvement.
• Research, outline, write, and edit content, working closely with various departments to understand technologies.
• Gather information from subject-matter experts and develop, organize, and write materials.
