Technical Writer

Responsibilities

1. 4-8 years of proven experience as a technical writer or in an equivalent role.

2. Knowledge of Structured documentation, DITA, DDLC is a must-have.

3. Proficient with content authoring tools such as Adobe FrameMaker, Oxygen, and MadCap Flare.

4. Must have familiarity with Confluence.

5. Experience in content management using Adobe Experience Manager is desirable.

6. Familiarity with content governance tools like Acrolinx is an added advantage.

7. Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics.

8. Superior written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

9. Excellent logical and analytical skills to define documentation for business solutions.

10. Strong process-oriented thinking and a solution-oriented approach.

11. Ability to prioritize and efficiently manage multiple milestones and projects.
