Key Responsibilities:

1. Documentation Development:

○ Create, user guides, technical manuals, release notes, API documentation, configuration guides and other product-related documents.

○ Ensure documentation is accurate, thorough, and user-friendly, tailored to different audiences, including healthcare providers, researchers, and internal teams.

2. Collaboration:

○ Work closely with product managers, developers, QA teams, and subject matter experts to gather information and understand product functionality and user requirements.

○ Participate in product development meetings to stay informed about new features and updates.

3. Content Management:

○ Organize and manage documentation content using appropriate tools and systems.

○ Maintain a consistent style and tone across all documentation, adhering to the company’s branding and guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills

● 3+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the healthcare or software industry.

● Preferred proven experience with ePRO data capture systems or similar healthcare technologies is highly desirable.

● Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them in simple, clear language.

● Proficiency with documentation tools and platforms (e.g., MadCap Flare, Confluence, Git, Markdown).

● Familiarity with JSON

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

● Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

● Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards in healthcare (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) is a plus.
