Technical Writer

Job Description:

• Analyze the input received form the customer, request for the further input requirements, if any, develop the user guide, maintenance manual and training manual for the Rail CBTC system.
• Under general supervision, responsible for writing various operation and maintenance manuals for the users and maintainers of the CBTC signaling system.
• Prepares written text and coordinates layout and organization of manuals and other documents according to prepared outlines and specifications.
• Research available technical data including drawings, design reports, equipment, and test specifications.
• The associates must be able to work with engineers and other technical personnel of the customer to clarify document contents.
• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and more than five years of experience in Technical Writing and Rail Signaling system.
