Technical Writer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Qualifications:

Write technical content at native English speaker level 

BA degree, masters preferred, or equivalent experience 

4-6 years' of experience as technical writer in an enterprise software development environment

Experience working in an Agile environment

Experience preparing topic-based documentation

Familiarity/Experience with API and SDK documentation

Familiarity/Experience with documenting SaaS-based solutions

Flexible to work in US time zones

Ability to learn complex technology and tools

Ability to multi-task and work under pressure

Experience with Madcap Flare

Experience creating videos for technical documentation is an advantage

Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA and Confluence) is an advantage
