Description

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

· 7-10 years of solid experience in proposal writing of government proposals including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite & Adobe· Experience with Federal Government contracting in the Military (DOD) field and developing content for all volumes of typical federal proposals.·

·  Ability to write using clear and concise language that adheres to customer-established standards and conventions. 


 

Education

-Bachelors Degree in Busin or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education,  or work experience.


Desired Skills

· Ability to create or update Job Duty Task Analysis (JDTA), Front End Analysis (FEA), Training Path System, Training Project Plans, Trainee Guides, and presentation materials. 

· Publications· Demonstrated experience of 2 years (of the 5 total years of experience) using the Shipley Proposal Method.


PREFERRED

· ITIL v3 Certification 

· MBA
