Techno functional consultant

**Job Title and Overview:*

Concur Techno-Functional Consultant having the following skillset and experience

**Responsibilities:*

Ability to manage complex, global, multi-phase functional requirements in implementations

Gather functional and business requirements from end users/process owners.

Develop and implement process improvements.

Drive ownership of key deliverables across organization-wide stakeholders

Point of contact for escalation of Travel & Expense End User Support

Serve as the lead contact for internal/external audits

Evaluate current and new process solutions for recommended improvements

Regularly interface with other teams to resolve escalations, system discrepancies, and disputes

Maintain effective communications with all key stakeholders

**Qualifications:**

Education, Experience & Training required

BS/BA or a combination of experience and education/training equivalent to a four-year college degree

8+ Years in consulting field with Functional Expert experience

4+ Years Concur experience

**Job-Specific Specialized Knowledge & Skills:**

Successful experience working directly with customers to resolve complex implementation issues

Demonstrated detailed knowledge of software design theory and current practices

Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage workflow to meet deadlines

Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain issues lists, developing resolution plans, and proper communications to end users

Effective communication and presentation skills

Excellent organizational and planning skills

Analysis and troubleshooting skills
