Responsibility
· Candidates have "hands-on" experience with the Oracle Primavera P6 with drive Techno- Functional role. With at least 2 full implementations.
· Experience in Primavera Analytics and Business Intelligence Platform for BI Reporting also have Capability to integrate different applications with Primavera.
· Candidate must have strong knowledge on SQL and Oracle database also need knowledge on the complex SQL query.
· Create the custom BI reports from primavera P6 database.
- Strong knowledge on Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM which includes Primavera P6 Professional, Team Member and P6 Analytics.
- Knowledge to defined different Project templates, schedules, Global codes, resource codes, Calendars, EPS, OBS hierarchies, Cost code, users, user roles, project and global privileges, different views for users, different portfolio for Managers and stakeholders.
- Creation of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) Level and updating Actuals, Scheduling, Controlling and Monitoring the Status periodically.
- Knowledge of the other Products will be an added advantage like Primavera Unifier, BI Publisher, Primavera Analytics, Oracle Database, WebLogic and ERP application.
- Integrate Primavera software with other systems such as ERP, financial, and document management systems. Develop data interfaces and ensure data consistency and accuracy across systems. Manage data imports and exports, perform data validation, and resolve data discrepancies.
- Provide Primavera Applications Managed services by acting as Technical Analyst in Primavera Modules troubleshoot issues and assist in stabilizing the applications during & post go-live phase.
- Project Schedule Management & Tracking, Expenses & Forecast Management, Project KPIs Tracking and Reporting, Experience with designing and maintaining interfaces to external systems and vendors.
- Installation and Assist in the deployment of Primavera version upgrades.
- Upgrading from previous Primavera P6 versions, data migrations, Database performance enhancement, program and project management enhancements.
- Provide product and technical expertise as needed for enhancements.
- Identify configuration changes and other relevant inputs to the overall Primavera solution specific to the organization’s usage of the Primavera Tool Suite.
- Should have a thorough knowledge of Primavera Database and WebLogic server.
- Should have knowledge of the installation of Oracle Primavera Suite Applications and troubleshooting on on-premises and cloud.
- Should have the knowledge to manage the servers (Clustering, Load Balancing, etc.) and support day-to-day operations.
- Should have the strong knowledge to upgrade the existing Primavera Applications
- Coordinate with the Oracle Support team in fixing up technical issues, problems faced during implementations & Support.
- Handling of High priority and Critical incidents/problems within stipulated SLA & Change Request to support Business Process
- Provide Root Cause Analysis of Critical Issues/events.
- Creating test cases, business scenario and sample data to conduct UAT.
- Prepare technical and functional documents during implementation and Documentation of SOPs, best practices during support..
- Preparing user manual and Training documents as per business requirements.
