Qualifications And Skills

Knowledge of Oracle Flexcube core banking, Virtual Account management (VAM).
Techno functional role to understand business requirement from stakeholders, design and implementation.
To create, assign and track the project [module] work plans for delivery and also provide technical guidance for work completion.
Hands on experience in SQL and JAVA
4 to 6 years of experience as a Techno-Functional Lead or a similar role
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
