Key responsibilities:

•Support the Solution Lead to collaborate with Functional Team, SI and Technical Team to deliver the expected business outcomes

• Formulate user stories to move the solution delivery forward

• Incorporate functional/business/stakeholder requirements and formulate user stories

• Define and document scope of business requirements of the new solution and translate them into functional/technical requirements and documentations

•Ensure that requirements map to the real business needs and are approved by all relevantstakeholders

•Collaborate with Functional and SI to shape out end-to-end business process and businessrequirements for out-of-the-box solution design

•Identify interdependencies between end-to-end business process and user stories are connected andset up effectively

•Work with Functional and SI to manage risk and take pivotal role on solution design, development,testing, training, UAT, data migration and cutover activities

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience professional experience in IT/system/business analyst or similar position

• Good business knowledge and understanding in Payment and other functions integration with SAP

• Experience and good knowledge in large scale ERP/Digital/IT delivery

• Cross-functional workstream collaboration and solution delivery experience

• Hands on experience in using Jira/Confluence

Technical / Functional Competencies:

•Able to develop and maintain effective working relationships with key internal and externalstakeholders

• Ability to effectively communicate business needs to the technology teams
