Key Responsibilities:

  • Consulting with managers on IT system roles and researching emerging technologies for organizational efficiency.
  • Conducting cost-benefit analyses for IT systems and infrastructure upgrades.
  • Designing and implementing new systems, overseeing installation, and configuring software solutions.
  • Conducting system testing, training end-users, and creating instructional manuals.
  • Participate in project requirement reviews, testing, and related meetings.
  • Analyze data to enhance and integrate software processes into business practices.
  • Conduct quality audits and generate management reports.

Qualifications:

  • Strong background in technology and operations primarily in Telecommunications with a client-centered attitude.
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent professional experience) in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Ability to drive and expand client business and cultivate strategic relationships.
  • Experience in designing innovative systems and solutions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
