Technology Lead

Key Responsibilities and Requirements :

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. 
Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. 
At least 4 years of experience with IT. 
At least 4 years of experience in Java, J2EE. 
At least 4 years of experience in Spring, JDBC, Hibernate and JMS Technologies. 
At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle. 
At least 4 years of experience in DevOps tools like JIRA, GIT, SVN, Jenkins, UDeploy, SonarCube, etc. 
At least 4 years of experience in SQL, database design, and different data technologies. 
Experience in scalable, distributed architectural patterns using web services and messaging/ESB technologies. 
Ability to work and coordinate with members offshore. 
Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment. 
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment. 
Communication and Analytical skills.
