The Role

You Will Be Responsible For

Writing well-designed, testable and efficient code.
Gathering and evaluating user feedback.
Working as a part of a dynamic team to deliver winning products.
Providing code documentation and other inputs to technical documents.
Supporting continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and new technologies and presenting these for architectural review.
Troubleshooting and debugging to optimise performance.

Ideal Profile

Skills Required

Strong .NET knowledge along with SQL background
Basics of Architecture and Design fundamentals
Knowledge of Testing tools
Knowledge of agile methodologies
Understanding of Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects Understanding of one or more Estimation methodologies, Knowledge of Quality processes
Basics of business domain to understand the business requirements
Analytical abilities, Strong Technical Skills, Good communication skills
Good understanding of the technology and domain
Ability to demonstrate a sound understanding of software quality assurance principles, SOLID design principles.
Awareness of latest technologies and trends
Excellent problem solving, analytical and debugging skills

Technical And Professional Requirements

Primary skills: Technology->ASP.Net->ASP.Net Web API, Database >PL/SQL, .NET framework,.Net Core
Desirables: Technology->Microsoft Technologies->ASP.NET MVC, test drive development
Proven success working with all levels of management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills (English & Polish)
