  • BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent degree
  • 8+ years of Telecom experience
  • 3+ years of proven technical lead and CCaas experience
  • 3 + years of proven technical lead and UCaas experience
  • Proficiency in Five 9 support, administration, migration
  • 2 + years of proven experience with administering Five 9 contact center services.
  • Proficient in Avaya Telecom operations, administration, and support.
  • Working knowledge of Windows.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Should be able to write reports using various reports generation tools and languages.
  • Expert knowledge of Server patching (Window and Linux)
  • Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
  • Five 9 or Avaya certifications desirable

     

Must Haves

 

  • Technical lead of the Five9 project (design, infrastructure setup, integration, testing, documentation, coordination, project tasks, implementation)
  • Contact center and administration.
  • Remote Telecom services and remote workforce support
  • Plan, organize, host technical discussions with Five9 and IT Cross-functional teams.
  • Expert in Avaya Telecom operations/systems
  • Provide weekly project status / report to IT Ops
  • Provide knowledge transfer to the Telecom team.
  • Required Skills: Buyer, Purchaser, Procurement, FAR, DFAR, SAP
