8	Required	Overseeing data collection, development of usage, trend, and cost analysis reports for individual, departmental, and agency use.
8	Required	Analyzing data and making key decisions on the architecture of digital fax systems including deployments, change management, disaster recovery, performance optimization, incident support, training, automation and systems availability.
8	Required	Developing and implementing strategic and tactical plan across IT administrators and resource owners. Working closely with external vendors and professional services groups, as needed to resolve issues, upgrade, optimize or implement solutions.
