Telesales Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for making outbound calls and receive inbound calls to qualify potential customers and close sales, providing excellent customer service and support, and conducting product training as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a telesales or any similar role
• preferred - telesales experience of 2+ years in any B2B industry
• Proven track record of successfully achieving the sales quota.
• Knowledge of computer programs like CRM and telephone systems.
• Efficient with English / Hindi.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to resolve issues.
• Graduation or equivalent
• Ability to change the communication style on unusual events
• Excellent interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills
